Summary

A (C#.Net) Lead Developer is sought by a leading financial services software house based in Kingston-Upon-Thames. The role is paying up to £55k + bonus + benefits

The role

The Lead Developer will be responsible for building and leading an Agile team of C#.Net Engineers. You will have line management responsibilities for your team and will ensure that the work developed within this team is delivered on time and within budget. You will also act as the lead developer within your stream and provide technical leadership to Senior Developers and Developers. You will be a hands-on team leader.

Desired Experience

• 7+ years of Development experience.
• Team leading experience
• Very strong technical skills with the Microsoft .Net platform, particularly around ASP.Net, C# and MS SQL Server.
• A thorough understanding of and experience of working within an Agile development methodology (ideally Scrum).
• An understanding of other technologies and alternative platforms.

Personal Skills

Degree educated or equivalent. Because you will be leading an Agile team of Senior Engineers you will have excellent verbal and written communications skills and will be able to present and deliver key projects to Stakeholders and Senior Management. It is likely that you will be a lateral thinker and be able to solve complex business problems.
