Summary

A leading Software House in Woking Surrey are appointing a .Net Technical Lead. The role is near Woking and is paying up to £65k + benefits.

The Role

You will be the lead developer within a large and growing development team who are currently working in an Agile (Scrum and Sprint) environment. You will still be hands-on but will be the go-to-person within the team from a technical perspective. You will be expected to analyse and enhance the existing team development practices and work closely with the other business teams to improve the company development environment. You will be required to lead teams of developers of long-term and short term projects.

• Minimum of 5 years C#.Net Winforms Development experience
• Team leading experience and ability
• OO design skill and Multi-tiered application architecture and development experience
• Agile Development experience.
• Sound SQL Server Development skills

A suitable candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Successful time management skills and proven analytical skills are essential.

The role offers a basic Salary of up to £65k.
